Delete your SPiGAME account

Current version, published 31 October 2026

In the app (fastest)

  1. Open SPiGAME and go to Settings > Delete account.
  2. Confirm the deletion.

Without the app

Email privacy@spigame.com:

  • send it from the email address on your account;
  • use the subject "Delete my SPiGAME account";
  • include your agent name.

We will check that the request really comes from the account holder, then delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email. A parent or guardian can ask us to delete their Cadet's (13–17) account.

What we keep, and why

Purchase records are kept for 6 years for UK tax purposes, and game records other players rely on (such as trades and messages you sent) are no longer linked to your identity. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel it in your store account settings first:

  • iPhone: Settings > your name > Subscriptions;
  • Android: Google Play > Profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
